About

For over 7 months we’ve been running our pilot outlet in East Keilor to refine the menu before our national launch. We’ve tried, tested and found our exactly what customers are after which has led to this location’s success and together with our executive chef have developed 3 different menus for our unique store formats. After running successful restaurants around Melbourne over the last decade, our dream has always been to open a funky burger & hotdog restaurant with a point of difference. Since we started toying with the idea there has been a huge level of interest which is where the idea to franchise the brand emanated and has since snowballed. We have exciting announcements to make so please stay tuned and if you have any feedback for us please direct it to feedback@piggysmalls.com.au

How do we maintain this?

With a strict recruitment process, ongoing training and personal development for our staff and most of all by keeping our finger on the pulse.

Metrics

We measure ourselves based on a range of metrics including customer surveys, feedback (online and in store), percentage of repeat business and our growth. We do this on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis and ensure these KPI’s form part of our management’s remuneration to keep this front and centre of all decisions being made. It is only with such regular reviewing of our practices can we continuously improve and also identify any issues early.
